Job Description

This position completes tasks previously performed by the Advisor and Office Manager, allowing them to focus more time and energy on client acquisition. This is not a receptionist role . It requires initiative, accountability, attention to deadlines, and ownership of assigned responsibilities. We are seeking a dependable candidate who is interested in building a long-term career within the financial services industry. Passing the SIE exam is not required prior to employment; however, preference will be given to applicants who have already passed. The selected candidate will be expected to take and pass the SIE exam within six months of their employment start date. All new hires will complete a 90- day probationary period. By the end of this period, the employee is expected to understand and independently perform all essential responsibilities of the position. Failure to demonstrate the required proficiency, dependability, and ability to work independently may result in termination of employment. Position Overview The entry-level Administrative Assistant provides support by: Scheduling and preparing for client meetings Processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently Preparing and tracking reported data Creating, delegating and tracking advisor tasks Managing email inboxes Tracking new business correspondence and workflow Supporting operational processes previously handled by senior team membersCareer Path & Growth This is an entry-level role intentionally designed as the first step in a long-term career path within the practice. Key Traits of a Successful Administrative Assistant Strong organizational and computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations is required High attention to detail and accuracy Effective and efficient time management skills Polite, professional, and clear phone manner Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Positive attitude with a sincere willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility

•This is not a receptionist position . The role includes multiple responsibilities, deadlines, and performance expectations. Candidates must be extremely organized, self-motivated, and dependable .

Full-time Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
