Butler County Career T.R.A.C.K., Inc. is seeking a Career Advisor to work closely with job seekers, helping them achieve meaningful employment. In this dynamic role, you'll be a key player in delivering adult, dislocated worker, and youth programs, working hand-in-hand with our partners to provide personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:

Enroll job seekers into the PA CareerLink® online system and assist them with employment services.

Determine eligibility for career services and guide job seekers through the registration process.

Develop personalized employment plans and provide ongoing case management.

Foster strong relationships with job seekers, employers, and training providers to create opportunities for success.

Facilitate workshops on job readiness and search techniques.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with program requirements.

Qualifications:

Two-year degree with relevant experience (four-year degree is preferred).

Must be able to obtain PA State Police and FBI Criminal History Reports, and Child Abuse Clearance if working with youth.
