We are looking for a Job Coach to join our team and help our clients find meaningful employment. The ideal candidate will have experience in career counseling, job search strategies, resume writing, and interviewing techniques. The Employment Specialist will also provide support to clients in the areas of job development, job placement, and job retention. Responsibilities:

Assist job seekers in creating resumes and cover letters. Conduct job search activities such as researching job postings, networking, and attending job fairs. Provide career counseling and job search assistance to clients. Conduct mock interviews with clients to prepare them for the real thing. Provide guidance on the labor market and job trends. Develop relationships with employers to identify job openings. Maintain records of client progress and provide feedback to employers. Clients referred through the Adult Autism Waivers, IDD waivers and OVR. 16 hours a week, Wednesdays, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 2-6pm

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
