The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8a-4p Job DescriptionWhat You'll DoAs a Employment Support Specialist (Job Coach), you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities as they explore, secure, and succeed in competitive, integrated employment. You'll be a mentor, advocate, and partner in helping others reach their goals through:

Meeting clients in their homes and community to build trust and connectionConducting career assessments that focus on individual strengths, skills, and interestsHelping develop or revise resumes, practice interviews, and identify job leadsSupporting onboarding and training with new employersProviding ongoing coaching to promote job retention and personal growthAttending team meetings, writing progress reports, and maintaining clear communicationCreating positive, lasting impact—one job, one goal, one success at a timeThis hybrid role includes in-person and remote work, with up to two days per week working from home based on service needs. Mileage for work-related travel is reimbursed.

(Proof of valid DL is required).Current auto liability insurance. Computer skills for documentation. Good communication is key in this role.
