Vocational Rehabilitation Job Coach / Employment Specialist — Louisiana VEXLA Org LLC is applying to become an approved Louisiana Rehabilitation Services (LRS) vendor providing Employment Services — including Supported Employment, Job Placement Assistance, Job Search Assistance, and Job Readiness Training — to individuals with disabilities across Louisiana. What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and job-site support to help clients secure and stabilize in employment
• Deliver job readiness training and job search assistance
• Support clients through each stage of supported employment, from job development through long-term retention
• Document services and submit required reports per LRS standards
• Travel within your assigned region to meet clients at job sites and in the community Qualifications
• Experience providing rehabilitative services to persons with disabilities preferred; will consider strong customer service or related experience
• Must complete required LRS/CRP training and background check (Louisiana State Police background check required for anyone working directly with LRS customers)
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance for regional travel Pay Structure (paid per hour/milestone as work is completed and invoiced)

Job Search Assistance:

$20.00/hr

Short-Term Job Supports:

$16.00/hr Job Placement Bonuses

• Job placement confirmed at 7th day of employment: $400
• Job placement confirmed at 90th day of employment: $600 Supported Employment Milestone Bonuses (paid as each client progresses)
