Software Development Advisor Duties:
Lead program and project management for data platforms such as Real-Time Triggers and Event Hub (EH). Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for building Wealth Data Hub platforms. Plan and manage program scope, budget, and schedule to ensure successful program delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI planning, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Estimate team capacity and plan deliverables during PI and sprint planning sessions. Coordinate cross-functional teams to allocate resources and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Monitor sprint progress and resolve impediments to keep development on track. Track EPIC progress and prioritize high-value items in collaboration with product owners. Coach Agile teams on best practices, continuous improvement, and automation techniques. Travel to various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting is permitted.
Requirements:
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or related field and 4 years of work experience in job offered or in an related occupation. In lieu of Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, employer will accept 6 years of work experience in job offered or in a related occupation.
