Job Description
Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. As an Employment Specialist you will help individuals find meaningful employment. A typical day might include the following:
- Using your vehicle to transport individuals to and from job interviews (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Guiding students to develop career goals and objectives
- Helping students create a customized resume and complete applications for either jobs or school admissions
- Coaching and preparing for interviews
- Assisting students at their job sites to ensure success and independence This position may interest you if:
- You want to positively impact a student's life
- You have previous experience in high-touch customer service environments
- You are passionate about working with students (ages 14+)
- You thrive being part of a collaborative team, yet can work independently Career growth opportunities - potential selection into our Management Training Program for people who have the following experience:
