GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

In this challenging role, you will be supporting the COMPL-Complianceℜview department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following. Data entry and management of Academic section data, scheduling of data in multiple systems, location data and reporting for the School of Health Sciences and School of AMT, Automotive Departments. Provide back-up for other schedulers, and coordinate various activities for the Academic Compliance and Curriculum office to ensure that the college is in compliance with SACSCOC and other regulatory agency requirements.

  • Academic Class Scheduling/ Data Entry
  • Calendaring, Event Management, and CCE Events
  • Faculty Workload/Databases/Reporting
  • Location/Building/Room Data
  • Assist with projects and other tasks assigned.

Must have excellent technical expertise and written and oral communication skills. Must have ability to receive and clearly convey complicated verbal and written instructions; collect and assemble information in a clear and concise manner; be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with the public, students, faculty, and administrators at all levels; effectively plan and organize work activities; and prioritize task completion according to schedules and goals. Must be flexible and able to adapt to uncertain deadlines, demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency, and have attention to detail. Must have proven organizational skills and be able to analyze situations using good judgement and handle appropriately. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A

bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS A

Masters degree and experience in higher education are preferred; experience with Colleague, 25Live software is a plus. Working knowledge of event scheduling, GTC Campus Locations, Ellucian, Microsoft Office applications (Excel is a must), academic section building and background processes, and Blackboard is preferred. Must have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail is a must.
