Job Coach I/Project Search (Part-Time) (REPOST) - Jonesville Sub Office

Serving
UNION COUNTY
Will provide job development, placement assistance, and supported employment services for transition consumers for Project Search. Up to 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday Hourly rate: $22.85 A bachelor's degree in a related field. Or; a high school diploma and experience in career counseling or related case management may substitute for the required bachelor's degree. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to travel throughout the day to assist consumers while at work. Must be able to work in various work environments and on a flex schedule to meet consumers needs. Knowledge and skill in conducting needs assessments. Knowledge of fact gathering methods and interviewing techniques. Knowledge of community resources. Knowledge of principles of behavior adjustment techniques. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, families, etc. Before any job offer will be extended, the selected candidate must obtain their official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
