Candidate must have Experience in Healthcare Staffing/Academic Institute Employer calls/emails & relationship building Finding current job openings & matching graduates Student résumé/interview preparation Employer visits/recruitment events Placement tracking & documentation Follow-up with graduates/employers Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive placement strategies aligned with institutional goals and industry needs Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry partners, and community organizations to facilitate student placements Coordinate with faculty and academic departments to identify suitable placement opportunities for students across various programs Organize career fairs, networking events, and employer engagement activities to expand placement opportunities Guide students through the placement process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and career counseling Track placement outcomes, compile reports, and analyze data to improve future placement efforts Supervise administrative staff involved in placement activities and ensure effective team management Requirements Proven experience in education administration or school/college management, with a focus on student placements or career services Strong knowledge of higher education teaching practices and educational administrative software tools Demonstrated ability in program development, staff supervision, and personnel management within an educational setting Excellent written communication skills for report writing, correspondence, and documentation Experience working with students in early childhood education centers or higher education environments is highly desirable Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Background in school experience or early childhood education center experience is advantageous Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us to make a meaningful impact on students' futures by connecting them with valuable career opportunities.
