Overview These roles support workforce development programs across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and achievement of contractual performance goals. Opportunities span Employer Engagement, Community Outreach, Customer Service, Youth-Focused, and Case Management functions, each contributing to a results-oriented culture where data informs decisions, participant needs are addressed proactively, and operational excellence is consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Employer Engagement Roles Build relationships with employers to identify job openings, understand hiring needs, and support workforce solutions Coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and employer information sessions Match qualified candidates with employer opportunities and track placement outcomes Community Outreach Roles Build partnerships with community organizations, agencies, and stakeholders to expand access to services Represent EDSI at community events, forums, and outreach activities Connect community members with available programs and resources Customer Service Roles Serve as the first point of contact for participants and provide information about available services Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests Youth-Focused Roles Support youth participants with program enrollment, goal setting, and skill development Coordinate work readiness activities, mentoring, and educational support Track youth outcomes and maintain compliance with program requirements Case Management Roles Assess participant needs and develop individualized service plans Provide ongoing support, referrals, and follow-up to help participants meet their goals Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with program and contractual requirements What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
