Provides and continues supportive services for the Career Center Specialist and clients in need of services. (E) - Essential function of job duties Provides support for Career Center Specialist. (E) Assists and/or provides intake, assessment & training skills development for Career Center clients and participants. (E) Assists with building partnerships with local agencies and organizations. (E) Helps maintain relationships and is knowledgeable of programs and opportunities with local employers to assist program participants in securing and maintaining employment Develop an Individualized Employment Plan (IEP) for each client, including goals and objectives to achievegainful employment. (E) Assign tasks, offer resources, and connects clients to other organizations in accordance with client's IEP recommendations. (E) Document all tasks and services completed with client in agency's online database. (E) Maintain site data for reporting program numbers. (E) Serves as a community advocate for Goodwill in the Permian Basin (E) Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. Promotes professionalism inside and outside of the organization. Communicate professionally and positively with co-workers, vendors and others. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Valid Texas Drivers License and good driving record Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information. Ability to travel as needed. Exercise sound judgment and follow-through on assignments independently and as a team player.
