To be successful in this role, you will have: A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges A valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries.
