Concerned Citizens is looking for a motivated, compassionate Community Inclusion (CI) & Individual Supported Employment (ISE) Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building meaningful community connections and achieving employment goals. This is not a desk job. You'll be out in the community every day, building relationships, coaching skills, and helping people move toward greater independence.
What You'll Do:
Community Inclusion (CI): Support individuals in developing natural supports and meaningful community relationships Help identify volunteer opportunities, clubs, and community activities aligned with personal interests Provide intentional, goal-driven coaching (not just supervision in public spaces) Advocate for inclusion and build partnerships with local organizations Individual Supported Employment (ISE): Support individuals in obtaining and maintaining competitive, paid employment Provide on-site job coaching and skill development Communicate professionally with employers Fade supports over time to promote independence
What We're Looking For:
Someone reliable, self-motivated, and professional in community settings Strong communication skills Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule Belief in high expectations and meaningful employment for all Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Experience in human services is great, but the right mindset and work ethic matter most.

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
