About the Role We are hiring Supportive Housing and Supported Employment Specialists to support adults working toward stable housing and meaningful employment through Medicaid and Foundational Community Supports (FCS) . This is hands‑on, community‑based work that requires empathy, professionalism, and follow‑through. Key Responsibilities Provide case management and relationship‑based support Assist with housing search, housing stability, and employment readiness Coordinate with landlords, employers, and community partners Use motivational interviewing and strengths‑based approaches Complete accurate documentation for Medicaid/FCS services Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and mobile technology Required Qualifications Experience working with adults with mental health, substance use, or disability‑related needs Strong communication and time‑management skills Ability to work independently and maintain ethical standards Ability to pass background check and drug screening Reliable transportation with insurance Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree + 2 years supported employment and/or supported housing experience OR No degree + 4 years supported employment and/or supported housing experience This role is best suited for individuals comfortable working independently in the community and committed to ethical, relationship‑driven services.
