About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated professional to provide person-centered support, employment coaching, and community inclusion . You will help individuals identify their strengths and goals, develop job and life skills, connect with employers and community activities, and achieve greater independence. Key Responsibilities Support individuals with daily routines, community participation, and personal goals. Conduct career discovery and help identify meaningful employment opportunities. Develop relationships with local employers, organizations, and community partners. Provide job coaching, on-site training, and individualized support. Encourage independence, self-advocacy, friendships, and natural supports. Communicate respectfully with individuals, families, employers, and care teams. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records. Adapt quickly to changing schedules, transportation, or individual needs. Protect each person's dignity, privacy, rights, and confidentiality. What We're Looking For Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Strong communicator and problem-solver. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Passionate about inclusion, independence, and helping others reach their goals. Previous disability services, DSP, or job-coaching experience preferred but not required. Valid Washington driver's license and reliable transportation required.
