We are hiring for full-time positions offering a 40-hour work week with daytime hours and the possibility of early evening hours. Additionally, we are looking for part-time positions which offers a variety of hours during daytime, early evenings and weekend hours. Responsibilities

• Work cohesively with the Pantheon Vocational Team colleagues to foster a complete success plan for clients
• Travel within Waukesha County to meet individuals with disabilities at a variety of work sites where you will support them; ability to travel from site to site for coaching where you are reimbursed for mileage
• Observe clients' skills, offer positive reinforcement, and identify areas for improvement
• Be an advocate for the individuals where you will counsel and coach them regarding workplace matters
• Maintain daily logs and monthly reports Qualifications
• No previous experience in working with disabled individuals needed, just your desire to support and train others
• Ability to stand while coaching at the job sites for 2+ hours
• Candidates must be able to pass a background check
• A valid driver's license is required along with a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
• Be able to pass a background check
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Possess a positive attitude with good oral communication skills
• Competent written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals with disabilities, family members, social workers, employers, and others positively and constructively. Pantheon Industries Offers You
