As a Employment Coach, you will assist adults with mild to moderate disabilities inside and outside the workplace. You will foster their vocational development by providing compassion, guidance, support, instruction, and supervision. We are hiring for full-time positions offering a 40-hour work week with daytime hours and the possibility of early evening hours. Additionally, we are looking for part-time positions which offers a variety of hours during daytime, early evenings and weekend hours. Responsibilities

• Work cohesively with the Pantheon Vocational Team colleagues to foster a complete success plan for clients
• Travel within Waukesha County to meet individuals with disabilities at a variety of work sites where you will support them; ability to travel from site to site for coaching where you are reimbursed for mileage
• Observe clients' skills, offer positive reinforcement, and identify areas for improvement
• Be an advocate for the individuals where you will counsel and coach them regarding workplace matters
• Maintain daily logs and monthly reports Qualifications
• No previous experience in working with disabled individuals needed, just your desire to support and train others
• Ability to stand while coaching at the job sites for 2+ hours
• Candidates must be able to pass a background check
• A valid driver's license is required along with a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
• Be able to pass a background check
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Possess a positive attitude with good oral communication skills
• Competent written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals with disabilities, family members, social workers, employers, and others positively and constructively. Pantheon Industries Offers You
