If you bring strong people skills, creativity, patience, high expectations, and a willingness to learn, we can help you build the rest. What Makes This Job Different? This isn't about doing someone's job for them. It's about helping someone learn to do the job successfully and independently. One day you might help a new employee learn a complicated sequence of tasks. Another day you might brainstorm a visual checklist, work with a supervisor on a better training approach, or help a coworker become a natural source of support. You'll get to know each person's strengths, understand what a workplace expects, and figure out how to bring the two together. And one of the best parts of the job? You'll help supervisors and coworkers become part of the employee's natural workplace support system. You'll work alongside businesses to answer questions, solve problems, and help create the conditions for long-term success. Be a Creative Problem-Solver Every person, workplace, and job is different. You'll observe what's happening, figure out what's getting in the way, and try practical solutions.
