Caregiver Cullman, AL 35055 Up to $24 an hour - Full-time Up to $24 an hour - Full-time Call Mr. Lee for full details of job, (256) 334-9183. I'm in need of someone reliable and dependable persons as a caregiver.. This is an in home caregiving, not nursing homes. I'll tell you everything if you call concerning this work. I need a long term person. Pay is for40 hours weekly. We're in downtown Cullman so you'll need to live very close by. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children and infants, supporting their physical, emotional, and developmental needs Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene management Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive conduct and emotional regulation Support individuals with disabilities by assisting with mobility, communication, and daily living tasks Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and administering basic first aid when necessary Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans that meet each individual's unique needs Requirements Prior experience working with children or in childcare settings such as daycare or preschool is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR is required or willing to obtain upon hire Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including feeding and developmental activities Strong communication skills to effectively teach, guide, and support children or individuals with disabilities Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism Passion for caregiving with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on lives through nurturing support Join us in creating meaningful experiences that foster growth, independence, and happiness!
