Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including elderly, children, toddlers, infants, and those with disabilities. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes growth, development, and well-being. Duties Provide attentive care for the elderly of various ages, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, medicins and nap times Support the client with development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Work with clients with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized support Maintain a clean, organized environment aligned with safety standards and health regulations Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate progress, concerns, or updates regarding the clients well-being Apply first aid techniques promptly in case of minor injuries or emergencies to ensure safety Experience Prior experience working with elderly in settings such as daycare centers, group homes, babysitting, or healthcare roles is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience in behavior management techniques suitable for different age groups Familiarity with classroom experience or adult home environments that promote love and care Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills for collaborating with families and team members Join us if you're passionate about nurturing the elderly and making a positive impact through dedicated caregiving. $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
