Job Description

Job Summary Memory Care What You Will do: Answers patient call bells, deliver messages, serve meals, make beds and help patients eat, dress and bathe. Provides skin care to patients; take temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure; and help patients get in and out of bed and walk. Observes residents' physical, mental and emotional conditions and report any change to the nursing or medical staff. Maintains awareness of comfort, dignity and safety needs of residents. Make beds, bathes, and feeds patients. Participates in department or unit quality improvement activities. Maintains compliance to all personnel policies, established community policies ad procedures, Federal and State regulations and standards, including, but not limited to Complies with HIPPA privacy and confidentiality laws.
Why You Are qualified:
Must complete DETA series upon hire. Experience in Alzheimer's / Dementia setting preferred. Must be CPR certified or willing to be trained and certified. Please note that this position may require evening, weekend, or overnight shifts based on the needs of our clients. Redstone Village is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
