Job Description Prime Professionals Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers to provide non-medical support to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living. Caregivers play an essential role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. This position is ideal for someone who is caring, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Light housekeeping Meal preparation Laundry and errands Mobility assistance and transfers Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting as needed) Monitor and report any changes in client's health, behavior, or environment to supervisor. Follow individualized care plans and company policies. Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications & Experience Previous caregiving experience (professional, volunteer, or family caregiving) preferred but not required - we provide training. High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain). Ability to pass background check and drug screening. Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
