Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children of various ages, including toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Plan and implement engaging activities that support childhood development, early childhood education, and behavior management Ensure safety by adhering to mandated reporting laws, practicing first aid and CPR when necessary, and maintaining a secure environment Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily activities Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and potty training for infants and toddlers Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs and fostering inclusive participation Maintain a clean, organized space conducive to learning and play while following daycare or classroom protocols Qualifications Experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, preschoolers, and school-age children Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in mandated reporting laws is preferred Demonstrated ability to plan age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social skills Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Prior experience in daycare settings, babysitting, nannying, or youth programs teaching is highly desirable Ability to handle child supervision responsibly while maintaining patience, positivity, and professionalism Join us in creating a joyful environment where children can thrive!
