Job Duties:
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help with ambulation and transfers as needed Prepare meals and provide dietary assistance or reminders Provide medication reminders (non-administration) Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities Observe and report changes in client condition
Requirements:
