We serve seniors and adults in their own homes across Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Sun Lakes, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley — providing care that preserves dignity and independence. We're selective about who we bring on. When we find the right caregiver, we invest in them.THIS ROLE REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR HANDS-ON CAREGIVING EXPERIENCE.

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene — always with dignity and respect Prepare meals and support dietary needs Provide genuine companionship: conversation, outings, and activities that keep clients engaged and living fully Monitor and document changes in health or behavior; communicate clearly with our care coordinator Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home Medication reminders and care plan activities as directed Safe mobility support and transfers, including Hoyer lifts when needed Care for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or developmental disabilities — with patience and full team supportWHO YOU ARE
You put people at ease without trying. You've worked with people on their hard days and know how to hold steady. You show up on time, prepared, and present — because your clients count on you.REQUIREMENTS 1
year of hands-on caregiving experience — REQUIRED, no exceptions (home care, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care) Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to perform physical tasks including transfers and lifting Flexible availability including some evenings, weekends, or holidaysPREFERRED CPR
certification (we'll support you in obtaining it) Experience with memory care, developmental disabilities, or autismWHAT WE OFFER
