Overview We are seeking a compassionate individual to join our team as an In Home Caregiver. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within the comfort of their homes. This specific role is for a Russian-speaking client in Apache Junction. This particular client offers 28 hours / week Monday through Friday, and we can fill your schedule with other clients to get to 40 hours / week. We offer weekly pay to all of our caregivers. Job description Duties

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs
• Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients Qualifications
• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields like assisted living, nursing home, group home, home health, or home care is preferred
• CPR certification required/Fingerprint Card
• Experience working with people with disabilities is advantageous
• Ability to provide patient observation and respond effectively to emergencies
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
