Veteran In Home Caregiver Job Summary:

Upscale Home Care is seeking a compassionate and professional Veteran In Home Caregiver to join our team in Payson, AZ. As a Veteran In Home Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our veteran clients, providing one-on-one care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

Provide in-home care and support to veteran clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and other non-medical tasks Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress notes and Medicaid reports Collaborate with our team of professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge Work flexible schedules, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting

HIGH SCHOOL

diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, bend, and move around comfortably in clients' homes Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
