Full-time/Part-time Caregiver Peaceful Horizons Assisted Living Two, LLC San Tan Valley, AZ 85140 Position Summary Seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional certified caregiver to join our assisted living team. Our residential assisted living group home serves 10 residents in a warm, home-like environment focused on dignity, respect, and quality care. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about serving seniors and who enjoy working closely with residents, families, nurses, and fellow caregivers. Most residents are ambulatory, though some require one-person assistance with activities of daily living. The successful candidate will be a team player, dependable, attentive to detail, and committed to providing exceptional resident care. Facility Overview Licensed residential assisted living home 10 residents Small, family-oriented environment Focus on resident dignity, safety, and quality of life Primary Responsibilities Resident Care Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with transfers and mobility as needed Monitor resident well-being and promptly report changes in condition Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and respect at all times Medication & Documentation Administer medications according to physician orders and facility procedures (if properly trained and authorized) Complete required documentation accurately and timely Communicate resident concerns and observations to the Team Lead, Manager, nurses, and healthcare providers Household Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Perform housekeeping duties including:

• Cleaning resident rooms
• Laundry
• Bathroom cleaning
• Common area maintenance
