About us Against All Odds YFS works with youth between the ages of 5 to 17. We are actively seeking professional, customer-centric, collaborative and self-motivated individuals with skill set to utilize best practices and focus on person-centered goals & needs! Potential Skill Building Specialist must be able to work with youth. Appropriate professional boundaries with clients & staff within or outside agencies is required. Individuals must be able to implement team goals and objectives as well as adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service.

Queen Creek Swing-Shift Full Time Wed

• Sat 1pm to 11pm
• Queen Creek Overnight Support Full Time Wed-Sat 11pm to 9pm

• Queen Creek San Tan Valley Awake Overnight Support:

Paid Time Off For full time employees after successfully completing probation per policy. Skill Building Specialist must be able to meet the minimum state requirements which includes but is not limited to: One year of experience of working with youth or related field and at least 21 years of age or older, Valid Arizona Driver's License and 60 month Driving History Report. A Physical Health report and a current CPR/First Aid Card Skill Building Specialist must be able to pass
