HCA LICENSE REQUIRED

We're seeking professionals who are interested in the opportunity to grow professionally and personally while working one on one with Dementia patients. The successful candidate will be directed by the supervising case manager. This position will require an individual who is motivated and passionate about assisting the elderly and providing compassion and care to others.

Responsibilities:

Perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist with mobility or transfers. Sponge baths Fall Prevention Incontinence care Companion Care Housekeeping Laundry Meal Perp Be compassionate towards elders Provide emotional support to elders and their families. Communicate changes in patient's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the patient and family. Be discrete when making notes of a patient's condition.
