The client is currently weak, uses a wheelchair and walker, and is considered a fall risk. He can walk short distances with close supervision and hands-on assistance. The ideal caregiver must be confident providing personal care, mobility assistance, and continuous supervision. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred because the client is bilingual and has recently been communicating more frequently in Spanish. A calm, patient, and reassuring approach is essential.
