Rising Hill Developmental Homes is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP II) to provide care and support to adults with developmental disabilities. We are looking for positive, compassionate, and reliable individuals who can help our residents achieve greater independence and a better quality of life.

10PM - 6

AM Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities, including hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and medication administration. Provide supervision and ensure a safe and supportive environment. Implement care plans and behavior support strategies. Encourage socialization, skill development, and independence. Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and incidents. Work collaboratively with team members to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in direct care (preferred). Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to pass background checks and meet certification requirements. DSP II certification or equivalent training required.
