Nighttime Behavioral Respite Caregiver - Adult with Autism The Famili household Claremont, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Paid sick time Qualifications Performing background checks Adolescents Working with adult populations Positive behavior support strategies Bathing assistance Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable, compassionate female caregiver to provide nighttime behavioral respite care and supervision for a 24-year-old woman with Autism and developmental needs .
Schedule:
6:00 PM - 8:00
AM Pay:
$22/hour
Position:
Part-time to start, with potential to become full-time
Weekend Requirement:
Must be available to work at least one weekend night (Friday or Saturday) Responsibilities include providing supervision, behavioral support and management, companionship, assistance with self-care (bathing, toileting, and brushing teeth), household cleaning, laundry, and occasional transportation to parks, community activities, and special/holiday events such as Halloween activities.
Qualifications:
Female caregiver required due to the personal-care nature of the position Clean background check Reliable transportation Dependable with a stable work history Prior experience working with teens or adults with Autism and/or developmental disabilities strongly preferred Patient, responsible, attentive, and comfortable providing behavioral support Able to commit to the position for at least one year
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 14.0 - 40.0 per week
