$19.00 - $21.00 About the Opportunity Quantum Care Place of El Dorado Hills is seeking compassionate Caregivers for AM, PM, and NOC shifts. This role provides hands-on support that helps residents maintain dignity, independence, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, incontinence care, personal hygiene, oral care, laundry, meals, and routine household support. Provide care in accordance with resident service plans, facility policies, and supervisor direction. Document services provided and report significant changes or concerns to the Resident Care Coordinator, nurse, or Administrator. Protect resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality. Support meals, scheduled activities, housekeeping tasks, and other resident needs as assigned. Follow infection-control, sanitation, safety, emergency, and attendance procedures. Qualifications Current First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to complete required training within the facility's timeframe. Current Food Handler's Permit, or ability to obtain one if required for the assignment. CNA certification or other California-required caregiver training as applicable to the assignment. Effective communication skills and a willingness to work with older adults. Compassion, patience, dependability, and ability to work as part of a resident-care team.
