Full job description Job Overview Are you a caring, reliable, and compassionate individual looking to make a difference in someone's life? We are seeking motivated caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients. If you have a passion for helping others and want to work in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you! •We are looking for Caregivers with flexible availability for 8 hour shifts in Gilroy. Ideally available for a mix of Weekends & Weekdays, Mornings, Evenings, and/or Overnights.•Caregiver Pay Range $20 - $24 per hour Caregiver Benefits Weekly Pay w/ Direct Deposit Flexible work schedules Device & Mileage reimbursement Employee Referral Bonuses High Quality Paid Training from our Director of Nursing (RN). Ongoing training. 401K with Company Match once qualified Supportive and respectful work environment & Direct Access to Ownership Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support Help with light housekeeping and laundry Monitor and report changes in clients' well-being or behavior Follow care plans and safety protocols Assist with medication reminders Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed Foster independence and promote social interaction Qualifications Previous caregiver experience required Must register as a Home Care Aide with CDSS 18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening CPR certification TB test or chest x-ray Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
