Lead Care Giver Role Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as caregiver. Hands on experience with Caregiving tasks like - Personal care, Non-Medical Care for bed bound patients, Dementia care Must be able to work 40 hours a week. Role requires you to be flexible with shift timings and days Must be comfortable with personal care for both males and female. There will be probation period of 90 days Must have current and valid driver's license and 36 months driving history Must have current auto insurance Background check, MVR check, drug screen, and physical

Home Instead Lead Caregiver provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes. These services are meant to enhance the quality of life for seniors. As Lead caregiver, you will help clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity, pride, care and compassion.
