Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote comfort and dignity Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Maintain detailed care plans and document all care activities accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to create a safe and welcoming environment Requirements Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or in senior care settings such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities Knowledge of specialized care techniques including Alzheimer's care, dementia support, memory care, hospice care, and patient observation skills Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA standards Physical stamina for heavy lifting and long periods of standing or walking; capable of assisting with patient transfers safely Join us as an In Home Caregiver where your dedication transforms lives!
