Overview Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, where your dedication and empathy will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily activities and personal care. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, Assist with medications reminders and accurately following care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary. Support clients with mobility to ensure safety for both the individual and caregiver. Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, medication administration Provide transportation assistance for appointments or community outings, ensuring safe and timely arrival. Requirements Proven experience working with individuals withdisabilities, neurodevelopmental , Alzheimer's disease, or in senior care environments such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities. Knowledge of patient observation techniques, distraction and redirection ,medication reminders and emergency response procedures. Familiarity with care plans, HIPAA compliance, Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration; experience working with individuals with Alzheimers required A compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to providing personalized care in home health settings. Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 16.0 per week
