Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident's personal assistive devices. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices. Administer medications following care plans and medication administration protocols under supervision or as trained. Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident areas, laundry, and sanitation tasks. Support residents with memory care needs related to Alzheimer's disease and dementia by engaging them in meaningful activities and providing reassurance. Strong patient observation skills with the ability to detect subtle changes in residents' conditions promptly.
