Required:

5+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors Ability to work independently and confidently manage client needs Compassion and respect for seniors and vulnerable populations Ability to pass a background check Must be registered with the Home Care Aide (HCA) registry or willing to register Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clean driving record Ability to transport clients when needed Current, valid TB test

Preferred:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification First Aid/CPR certification Experience caring for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Knowledge of residents' rights and person-centered care Responsibilities As a private-duty caregiver, you may provide: Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care Medication reminders Meal preparation and light housekeeping Companionship and emotional support Transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings Support for individuals living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or developmental disabilities Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment Observing and communicating changes in a client's condition Providing dependable, respectful, and compassionate long-term care Flexible Scheduling We offer a variety of schedules depending on client needs and your availability: 4-hour shifts 6-hour shifts 8-hour shifts Morning shifts Day shifts Evening shifts Monday-Friday Weekends as needed Every weekend opportunities Tell us when you're available, and we'll work to connect you with opportunities that fit your schedule.
