Position Overview As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with Solora Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily routines, personal needs, and companionship. You'll be part of a trusted team that prioritizes kindness, respect, and reliability, helping each client maintain their dignity and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide mobility support, including safe transfers and ambulation. Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying). Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in conversation or recreational activities. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings when needed. Observe and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the Care Coordinator. Maintain accurate records of care activities and time worked. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal). Current CPR & First Aid Certification — required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a Live Scan background check and TB screening. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with excellent communication skills. Able to work independently and follow individualized care plans. Compensation $20.00-$25.00 per hour Part-time, flexible scheduling available.
