Duties:

Medication reminders following prescribed schedules and guidelines. Uphold resident rights and ensure a safe and supportive environment for all individuals. Support individuals in a nursing home or home care setting with compassion and professionalism. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes in health or behavior promptly. Patient is bed-bound, contracted into a fetal position, and on hospice care. Must have the ability to work with patient that requires feeding and diaper changes.
