Based of experience We are looking for a caring, dependable, and responsible Caregiver to join our team at a small, 6-bed RCFE in Riverside, CA. We provide a comfortable, home-like environment for our residents and are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and takes pride in providing quality care. Responsibilities Safety & Compliance

• Follow all facility policies, care plans, emergency procedures, and Title 22 regulations Team Collaboration
• Work cooperatively with staff, families, and outside agencies Resident Support
• Provide companionship, observe changes in condition, and report concerns to management.

Include, but not limited to: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide personal care and hygiene assistance Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed Prepare and serve meals and snacks Assist with medication reminders/assistance as permitted by regulations and facility policy Monitor residents and report changes in condition Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment Assist with laundry, housekeeping, and other routine household duties Provide companionship and engage residents in appropriate activities Complete required documentation and shift reports Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies Qualifications CPR & First Aid certification TB test & Health Screening Fingerprint clearance and background checks (through Guardian) Prior caregiving, RCFE, assisted living, or senior-care experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude Reliable and punctual Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Able to work independently in a small-home setting Current required caregiver training/certifications as applicable Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for seniors and treats residents with dignity, kindness, and respect . Because this is a small 6-bed home, dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently are especially important. Experience in an RCFE, assisted living, home care, or senior-care setting is a plus.
