• 25 per hour, depending on level of care Health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off Consistent hours so your schedule stays stable Flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings Company support so you're never handling a difficult situation alone A team that genuinely cares about how your day went What you'll do: Help seniors with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals Provide companionship — sometimes that's the most important part of the job Light housekeeping and transportation to appointments Medication reminders and care plan documentation Stay in close communication with our team What we're looking for: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Someone who genuinely loves working with seniors and wants to be part of a team that does too At least 1 year of caregiving experience Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Tagalog a strong plus California HCA registration and CPR/First Aid are a plus but not required — we'll help you get certified if you want How to apply: Please send us your resume and a few sentences about yourself and why you love working with seniors.
