As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering respectful, personalized care in various settings such as residential care homes, assisted living facilities, and home environments. Your energy, empathy, and attention to detail will help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for those you serve. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote independence and dignity Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability Support residents with medication administration following prescribed guidelines and safety protocols Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other cognitive disabilities Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs to promote healthy living Implement behavior management strategies for residents with behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping duties and adhering to infection control standards Requirements Proven experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care environments Knowledge of dementia care, memory care, Alzheimer's care, and geriatrics best practices Ability to perform manual handling and safe patient lifting practices; heavy lifting may be required Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid is essential Familiarity with resident's rights and ethical caregiving standards Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges is highly valued Valid driver's license for standard passenger car operation; reliable transportation preferred Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion, patience, and professionalism Join us in making a meaningful difference!
