Reliability is essential for this position. Our clients depend on their caregivers to arrive on time and as scheduled , communicate appropriately, and provide consistent care. We are looking for caregivers who take that responsibility seriously.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other ADLs Provide companionship and supervision Assist with mobility and transfers as needed Prepare meals and assist with meal planning Provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with errands and transportation when required Follow each client's individual care plan Complete required care notes and documentation Communicate changes or concerns to the office promptly What we're looking for: Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts Strong communication skills Compassionate, patient, and respectful Previous caregiving experience preferred Comfortable working independently in clients' homes Able to follow care plans and company policies CPR/First Aid certification preferred Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, mobility assistance, or personal care is a plus We are looking for caregivers who genuinely care about their clients and understand that consistent attendance and reliability are an important part of providing quality care.
