We're expanding our team and seeking caring, dedicated Home Care Aides to provide personalized companion care and daily living support to seniors and individuals needing ongoing or recovery care. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes and communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, assisting them with daily activities, and ensuring their safety and comfort. This role requires a blend of personal care skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with individuals who may have various health challenges or disabilities. Responsibilities (will vary by client): Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team Follow care plans tailored to individual needs Meal preparation Light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry Engage clients in activities that promote mental stimulation and well-being Maintain confidentiality of client information Provide transportation for errands or medical appointments Other assigned duties Qualifications Previous experience in home care preferred but not required Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable but not required Experience working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus Willingness to complete all employment requirements Valid California Driver's License and auto insurance Access to a smartphone and email for scheduling and documentation Strong commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care practices
