Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality assistance to elderly individuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting well-being in a respectful and caring environment. This role requires a genuine interest in elder care and the ability to respond effectively in various situations. Responsibilities Assist elderly clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship to promote emotional well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals Ensure a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, responding promptly to emergencies Support medication reminders and light housekeeping duties as needed Foster a respectful, empathetic, and positive atmosphere for clients Requirements Prior experience in elder care or caregiving preferred but not required Certification in First Aid and CPR is essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate attitude Ability to handle physical tasks related to assisting elderly individuals Reliable, patient, and attentive to the needs of others Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a caregiving setting
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
