We are looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping people and understand that great home care is about more than completing a checklist. Our clients rely on us to help them remain safe, comfortable, independent, and supported in their own homes. Immediate Opportunities We currently have weekday and weekend shifts available and are continuing to add new clients. We are especially interested in caregivers who: Take showing up for scheduled shifts seriously Are flexible with weekday and/or weekend availability Are willing to work both 4-hour and longer shifts Want to build a consistent weekly schedule Communicate quickly and professionally Put the client's needs and experience first Are comfortable helping with the everyday things that make a client's life easier Reliable caregivers receive priority for new clients, additional hours, and our best ongoing schedules. Responsibilities Depending on the client, responsibilities may include: Personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming Mobility assistance and fall prevention Companionship and supervision Meal preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping Laundry and household organization Transportation and errands Dementia support Pet-related assistance and other reasonable household support Helping clients with the everyday activities that allow them to remain comfortable at home Schedule Part-time and full-time opportunities Minimum 4-hour shifts Weekday and weekend opportunities Day, evening, and overnight cases Opportunity to build a larger weekly schedule as new clients are added Hours are based on client needs, caregiver availability, and fit. We prioritize dependable caregivers for new assignments and additional hours as they become available. Caregivers who are dependable, flexible, communicate well, and receive positive client feedback are given first consideration as additional hours become available.
